Race Differences in Psychopathic Personality. AmRen re-post. Dr. Richard Lynn.

This is a re-post of a classic AmRen article based on a renowned and controversial paper by Dr. Richard Lynn, that has to do with race differences in psychopathic personality which relates to aggression, and crime.  This was also part of a posting I made on the BRI Disqus channel.  Here is part of the introduction to the Disqus channel posting and then the AmRen article.  Note: All but the image of handcuffs in this article have been uploaded by me, and were not in the original article.  [(Partial Disqus BRI channel introduction:) ...
