  Judge rules parents can't opt students out of LGBTQ+ curriculum Story by Scripps News Baltimore • 1mo A federal judge has ruled against  a group of parents , saying they have no fundamental right to opt their elementary school-aged children out of reading books in class with LGBTQ+ characters. Last year Montgomery County Public Schools in Maryland incorporated the books into its English Language Arts curriculum. Supporters claim the books promote a diverse and inclusive environment for all students. Initially, parents could choose to opt their children out of reading and learning about the material. In March, however, the school board instituted a new policy stripping parents of that right. Under the revised policy schools no longer were required to provide parents with advanced notice of when their children would be reading the books. The decision sparked major push back from many — including some religious advocacy groups, like the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR).

But when I started working when I was 14 years old, I started to see more localized racism, like, "She's a Black girl, I don't know if she can do this job."  As I'm sure most of you have heard by now, there was opportunistic looting in Philadelphia recently, where so-called "teenagers" which according to videos were almost exclusively Black, ransacking several stores, stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars worth clothes and electronics.  One Black woman said that every theft that "her people" make is a form of reparation. A Black man at a city council thinks that tax-payers should pay Blacks 3 million dollars a piece as a form of reparations for slavery.  Despite being "colorblind" it seemed mostly Black, and very much about race. It happened with Michael Brown: It happened in Baltimore: It happened in Manhattan and elsewhere with George Floyd: And now in Philadelphia: It will never stop and Blacks will never be appeased. I don't know how all of you are doing but if you've kept up with the news then you'll know things are not looking up!  Millions, yes millions of illegal migrants are coming across the Southern border, and Uncle Joe is letting them all in. They are taking all of the housing and all of the jobs, and all of the tax money and bringing in crime, and drugs... Well, in Canada we have something similar happening the federal government tries to bring 500,000  immigrants per year most of them non-White. On top of that there is an endless supply of international non-White students coming here. Last year something like 800,000. That is over 1 million a year. The international students plan to stay indefinitely. The universities want to bring them in because it generates a lot of revenue for them.  There is a critical shortage of housing in Canada. I was also shocked. It should never be a shock when a 93-year-old man dies, but Richard seemed indestructible. He was writing books in his 90s, and just this spring we exchanged email, but not even Richard Lynn was immortal. He leaves behind an immense body of work, a host of friends and admirers, his wonderful wife and helpmeet Joyce, and many children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Richard is, of course, best known for IQ studies. He was fascinated by IQ differences not just between individuals, but between groups, regions, nations, races, and the sexes.   Whites-Only Sign for Parent and Toddler Group Labeled 'Vile Garbage' Story by Alice Gibbs • 5d A childcare group's exclusionary advertising has been condemned by city officials and residents in Canada after gaining viral attention. In Coquitlam, British Columbia, a sign appeared earlier this week promoting a "whites-only" mom-and-tots group. The sign read, "Join us for whites-only moms & tots," before adding: "Are you looking for somewhere your children can play with others that look like them? Are they tired of being a minority in their schools and daycares?" After being spotted in the city, the sign has been shared across social media and even prompted an official response from the city of Coquitlam. In a release on September 25, the city statement read: "The City of Coquitlam is deeply committed to fostering an environment of equity, diversity and inclusion for all its residents.
