Prof. Michael Hart: Racial Partition of the United States. AmRen conference 1996.




Prof. Michael Hart gives ideas here on how it may be possible to partition the USA racially into the future to solve the race problems. His main idea is to spilt it into three states, a Black state, a White state, and and a mixed state.  This talk was given at the 1996 AmRen conference.
