Sunday Night at the Movies: German Expressionism 101 - The Golem (1920)

Hello all, I see that virtually no one views any of the German Expressionist movies that I post which is a shame since they really are some of the greatest classics in cinema history. Previously I have posted two other greats, Fritz Lang's Metropolis, and The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari, tonight I am posting a movie I've found relatively recently called "The Golem: How he Came into the World", it is the only surviving film of a trilogy, and is a silent horror film. It is a prequel to the lost 1915 The Golem.

Love the art style of the poster. This film got positive reception at the time of its release and is considered a classic.  After this film, I will post two more German Expressionist films here!
